What We Publish

We publish English-language fiction designed for a focused reading session on phones and computers. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, the people, dialogue, and events in our stories are fictional or dramatized and should not be read as news or documentary accounts.

Who Is Responsible

The Short Tale Hub Editorial Desk selects each premise and is responsible for the final decision to publish. It is a brand byline for the editor operating this independent website, not a claim that a large newsroom or a named literary author wrote every word.

How a Story Is Made

1. Topic selection: the editor chooses the theme, premise, and intended emotional direction.
2. AI-assisted development: generative AI is used to expand the premise into a working story draft.
3. Human review: the editor reads the draft and makes revisions for readability, continuity, tone, formatting, and obvious errors before publication. The amount of revision varies by story.
